Enrollment Requirements
To ensure a smooth and timely enrollment process for your child at Little Tots Home Daycare, please make sure you have completed the following:
Registration & Enrollment

Enrollment Paperwork: Please complete all enrollment forms and have them signed by the legal guardians.

Birth Certificate: Please provide a copy of your child's birth certificate.

Brightwheel Profile: Once enrolled, please update your child's Brightwheel profile within 7 days of their start date with all necessary information, including medical records.

Tuition Payment: The first month's tuition is due at the time of enrollment to secure your child's spot in the program. We do not save spots or make verbal agreements without tuition payment.
Health Requirements

Physical Examination: A physical examination dated within 30 days of enrollment.

Immunization Record: An immunization record updated according to your child's age and immunization schedule, signed and dated by a physician.

Please note: After enrollment, you only need to submit updated immunization forms that include current information on your child's health.
